U.S. Social Security
Any consular services require a prior appointment. To make an appointment please call the Foreign Interests Section from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00am to 3:30pm.
Please make sure to be on time for your appointment; late arrivals or no shows need to make a new appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment please inform this section at least 24 hours in advance.
The services we are providing mainly include assistance in applying for social security cards and retirement benefits for the U.S. citizens and/or their families.
Kindly note that although this office is qualified to perform certain duties on behalf of the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA), the final decision about the cases is always taken by the U.S. authorities.
It is also worth mentioning that this office cannot provide any information regarding the time it would take for SSA to process each individual case.
